Nolan Fischer

Experience - 30 years experience in Worldwide Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Sterile, and  Clinical Packaging, distribution and warehousing at the Upjohn Company, which merged with Pharmacia and now is Pfizer, Inc. in Kalamazoo, MI. Also, had experience at the Upjohn Corporate Leadership and Management Development Center as a Senior Consultant. Recently, he spent eight years as a Senior Consultant with the Franklin Covey Company.


Master Certified Facilitator in Quality Improvement Process, Philip Crosby, Quality Improvement Transformation, W. Edwards Deming, Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, Principle Centered Leadership, & Time Management Franklin Covey. Master Certified Facilitator in Zenger Miller Professional and Management Development Workshops. Master Certified to do Train-the-Trainer Workshops in courses listed above.

Program Development

Recently developed the Exercise an Incident Response 5 Year Evaluation Program Strategy for the Division of Emergency Operations in the Office of Terrorism at the Center for Disease Control (CDC) in Atlanta, GA.


Prior to starting his own company as an organizational development consultant, Nolan was employed at Franklin Covey a global leader in effectiveness training, productivity tools and assessment services for organizations and individuals. During his tenure at Franklin Covey as a Senior Consultant he worked successfully creating compelling solutions with many Fortune 500 Companies domestically and internationally
